A main line stoppage led to sewage backing up into the basement bathroom. We checked the cleanout at the street and identified the issue between the cleanout and the house. Utilizing a snake, we cleared approximately 60 feet from the basement cleanout, pulling back wipes that were causing the blockage. After running all fixtures, we confirmed that the sewer line was now open, as indicated by water flowing smoothly from the cleanout and yard.

We had an unexpected water heater leak in our 2nd floor condo and needed it replaced ASAP as it was already leaking into the neighborhoods below us. Steve and his team deliver.... again... I found water underneath my kitchen sink and called American Home Shield to fix it. They sent someone from another company who indicated that the leak was from the faucet and it needed to be replaced. They proceeded to use a reciprocating saw to cut the old faucet's hoses and, additionally/needlessly, to cut pipes behind the wall. Electricity to the area mysteriously vanished during that time. When I questioned the plumber's approach, I was told, "you wouldn't understand." After they had replaced the faucet and additional piping, the area seemed dry... until it wasn't. I checked again in about 30 minutes and, once again, there was water underneath the sink. Bottom line, the other plumber took a simple faucet replacement and created bigger problems. After all of this, I didn't want to mess around with people who didn't know what they were doing. I called Steve from The Plumber Guys and explained that I needed him to fix what the other company had messed up. Steve sent his team, Ron and Shawn, just a few hours later. And they did what they do. Find and resolve the issue, the first time at a reasonable cost. They were professional, respectful and kind. Most of all, they gave me peace of mind.
